HOW DO I CANCEL/EDIT AN ORDER?
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received within 3 hours of purchase. Although the product might not be shipped, the inventory of the order is processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after 3 hours

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders. The order must be canceled within 3 hours. If the order is successfully canceled we encourage you to place a new order.

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders of $99+
The order must be over $99 after any promotions have been applied in order to qualify for free shipping.
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Orders will ship via UPS or USPS. We ship to US residential addresses only and are unable to ship to P.O. BOXES.
It normally takes 3-7 business days to process and ship an order. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted via the email address entered at checkout with available replacement options or a refund option. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details to the email provided during checkout. Please note there may be a waiting period of 24-48 hours for tracking to become visible. Lead times do exclude weekends and holidays.
Packages usually arrive 7-10 business days after an order is placed.

We currently do not ship Internationally.

 

DO YOU EXCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

OUR GENERAL POLICY

Returns/Exchanges

Because we want you to love our products and your experience we will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused condition along with all packaging.

Please visit our Returns Portal to initiate the returns process within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label to you at no additional charge. Because we are a small brand, the return shipping cost will however be deducted from the original purchase amount.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Items that appear used and/or not in their original condition upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

HOLIDAY RETURN/EXCHANGES

Any orders placed between 11/24/24 - 12/24/24 qualify for our extended Holiday Return/Exchange policy. If eligible, orders placed during this time period can be returned or exchanged by 2/15/25.

HELP MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT!

Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package every order with care, however, in the event damage occurs during transit, we must be notified within 5 days of the delivery date. Contact us here with photos of the damaged item(s) in order to ensure your replacement(s) is processed as quickly as possible, free of charge. No substitutions will be issued.
*Replacements are issued solely for items deemed damaged during transit.
 
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CANDLE?
Candle Care

“Hold your Fire!” TRIM THE WICK.

Before every burn, trim the wick. Trimming the wick removes carbon buildup from the tip of the wick from the previous burn, controls soot, helps the candle burn evenly and extends the life of the candle. It is strongly recommended to keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch.

LET IT BURN. 

Your first burn cycle should last 3-4 hours. This allows the candle to reach a full edge to edge melt pool on the top layer of wax. Allowing the candle to reach a full melt pool helps prevent candle tunneling. That is when wax remains on the side of the candle container while the wick continues to move downward.

FOLLOW THESE TIPS TO KEEP YOUR LUXURY CANDLE BURNING SAFELY.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children, pets, and drafts.
Keep candle free from foreign objects and wick trimmings.
Only burn candle on level, heat resistant surface, to avoid heat damage to surface.
Max recommended burn time is 4 hours.
Stop use when 1/2” of wax remains.
