RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

OUR GENERAL POLICY

Because I want you to love the products and your experience I will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused condition along with all packaging.

Please visit the Returns/Exchange page to initiate returns process within 30 days of receiving your order. Hassle Free, I will provide a return shipping label to you at no additional charge. Because I’m a small brand, the return shipping cost will however be deducted from the original purchase amount.

Upon receipt of the merchandise for return, I will process your refund within 3-5 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon receipt of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped immediately.

**I reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

**Items that appear used and/or not in their original condition upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

HOLIDAY RETURN/EXCHANGES

Any orders placed between 11/24/26- 12/24/26 qualify for the extended Holiday Return/Exchange policy. If eligible, orders placed during this time period can be returned or exchanged by 2/15/27.

ALL MARKDOWN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

No code necessary. Prices as marked and subject to change without notice. All sale items noted as 'FINAL SALE' are final sale and cannot be returned. While supplies last.
