Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Although the product might not be shipped, the inventory of the order is processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after 24 hours.

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders. The order must be canceled within 24 hours. If the order is successfully canceled we encourage you to place a new order.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.

Because we want you to love our products and your experience contact us here regarding issues with an order as we love feedback and would love the opportunity to resolve any problems or concerns.

**Orders that return to our studio as being undeliverable as addressed by the carrier will be subject to an automatic refund (less shipping) issued back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of its return.

“Hold your Fire!” TRIM THE WICK.

Before every burn, trim the wick. Trimming the wick removes carbon buildup from the tip of the wick from the previous burn, controls soot, helps the candle burn evenly and extends the life of the candle. It is strongly recommended to keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch.

LET IT BURN.

Your first burn cycle should last 3-4 hours. This allows the candle to reach a full edge to edge melt pool on the top layer of wax. Allowing the candle to reach a full melt pool helps prevent candle tunneling. That is when wax remains on the side of the candle container while the wick continues to move downward.

FOLLOW THESE TIPS TO KEEP YOUR LUXURY CANDLE BURNING SAFELY.

1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
2. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children, pets, and drafts.
3. Keep candle free from foreign objects and wick trimmings.
4. Only burn candle on level, heat resistant surface, to avoid heat damage to surface.
5. Max recommended burn time is 4 hours.
6. Stop use when 1/2” of wax remains.

We offer free shipping on all orders of $75+

The order must be over $75 after any promotions have been applied in order to qualify for free shipping.

There is a standard shipping cost of $9.59 for all domestic orders. Orders ship via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. We ship to US residential addresses only and are unable to ship to P.O. BOXES.

It normally takes 3-7 business days to process and ship an order. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted via the email address entered at checkout with available replacement options or a refund option. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details to the email provided during checkout. Please note there may be a waiting period of 24-48 hours for tracking to become visible. Lead times do exclude weekends and holidays.

Packages usually arrive 7-10 business days after an order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship Internationally.

We do our best to package every order with care, however, in the event damage occurs during transit, we must be notified within 5 days of the delivery date. Contact us here with photos of the damaged item(s) in order to ensure your replacement(s) is processed as quickly as possible, free of charge. No substitutions will be issued.
